This notice explains how we handle that data.
What will we use your personal data for?
We use the personal data collected from you for activities related to selling and promoting products through our sales channels, including processing requests, promotional and marketing activities, collections, warranties, returns, complaints and claims, consumption profiles, average spending and loyalty-program registration. We may also contact you about product sales or this Privacy Notice, and use data for marketing, advertising and commercial prospecting.

For these purposes, we use your name, position or job title, work address, business email address and business telephone number.
Who receives your personal data, and for what purposes?
Your data may be shared within Mexico with employees in purchasing, logistics, sales, collections, accounting and legal departments for operational purposes. The original notice identifies these transfers as requiring consent.
External service providers
Your data may also be shared with unaffiliated third parties providing auxiliary or complementary services, including banking agents, data-processing and card-printing companies, companies distributing printed or electronic marketing materials, courier companies, security and valuables-transport companies, advertising agencies, tourism-service providers such as airlines, hotels and car-rental companies, and companies storing or safeguarding physical or electronic information. How can you access, correct or cancel your data, or object to its use?
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, how we use it and the conditions under which it is used (Access). You may request correction of outdated, inaccurate or incomplete data (Rectification), removal from our records when you consider that it is not being used appropriately (Cancellation), or object to its use for specific purposes (Opposition). Together, these are known as ARCO rights.
